Our Role:

For Property Owners - Reeves Property Management manages single-family homes, townhouses, condo's, and commercial property in South Carolina including the communities of Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Clover, York, Lancaster, Indianland, within the Charlotte region of North Carolina including the communities of Charlotte, Gastonia, and Waxhaw, and we also service the Upstate Region of South Carolina, including the communities of Clemson, Seneca, Central, Easley, Anderson, Pickens and Greenville. We do not own ANY of the properties that we manage, so unlike most other rental firms your properties do not compete against company owned properties.

For Tenant Residents - We will serve you and your family with friendly compassionate care and prompt professional attention.   


Our Purpose:

1) To honor God and make a difference in people's lives within the communties that we serve through property management relationships, 2) To ensure that our property owners real estate investments retain and increase in value for their investment portfolio's.

Our Process:

For Tenant Residents - leasing a property from us simply requires a completed application and a background check.  Once that is completed and your application is approved we can move forward with leasing you the property of your choice.  All of our properties require a minimum 12-month lease and a security deposit equal to at least one month's lease rate.  Applications are available for download on this site and in the office during our business hours.  The non-refundable application fee is $40 per applicant.  All legal-age residents in any property must complete and submit an application for review.  

For Property Owners - we will take the headaches of managing your own properties off your shoulders and ensure that your rents are collected in a timely manner and that needed repairs to the property are handled in a timely and professional manner. We carefully screen prospective tenant residents, collect all rents and fees, maintain security deposits in our property management trust account, handle necessary repairs through our proven licensed contractors, and process rents and fees to you on the 15th of every month. We offer direct deposit of your rents or, if you choose, your monthly check is mailed to you. We also make your monthly detailed activity statements available to you either on-line through your owners portal access or via mail accompanied by your monthly rents check. In addition we are available to represent you in purchasing and selling residential and commercial properties throughout both South and North Carolina. We also maintain a proven referral base throughout the US and abroad.

We offer on-line payment processing and on-demand reporting for both Tenants as well as Property Owners.  Our on-line platform, PropertyWare, is easy for Residents and Property Owners to use and to customize for their individual needs.
